30-Day Return Window
We want you to feel confident in your Pickle Armor system. You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Product Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition: clean, undamaged, and with all included components and packaging. We cannot accept returns of items showing excessive wear, odor, or damage from misuse.
How to Start a Return
- Email Email us (picklearmor77@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or was shipped in error. Original shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.
